Coaching as a process

We will have start with an exploratory chat so we can determine whether I am competent to support you with what you aspire to as well as get to know each other and see how we feel together.

Please feel free to ask about anything that’s on your mind.

If you decide to go ahead, our collaboration will involve

  • Regular meetings so you can make steady progress
  • Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes as you prefer
  • Debriefing situations where you wished you had behaved more effectively
  • Rehearsing ahead of meetings where you want to impress
  • Illuminating how you show up and are perceived
  • Relevant elements of psychology and neuroscience (and other bits which I will offer and you can decline)
  • Suggestions so you don’t reinvent the wheel
